Amazing vegetarian 5-course dish (the asparagus soup was something of the best food we recently tasted), the waiter was very cordial. If we had stayed longer in Pisa, we would have tried the new menu the following day. Absolutely recommendable!

Fantastic food and a great wine suggestion. We had the Taste of the Land menu to share, with a second starter it was more than enough food. The mussels filled with meat was so good, I wiped the plate clean. When it comes to steak, we mostly go for medium, but this time we tried Rate and it was absolutely worth it. 5/5 Would go back again.

This restaurant was very good! We tried the land and sea set menus that they had on offer and both of them were to our satisfaction. The sea food menu was perhaps a little bit better. The staff was very nice and the dishes arrived with almost no waiting time between them. We got great wine recommendations and had a very pleasant evening here.

Delicious food, mussels with meat- perfect! T-bone steak delicious and juicy- be careful though, that is truly a big one. Lamb chops were spot on too. Wine selection is wide and diverse. I suggest choosing a local wine- one on the photo is excellent. Waiters were very nice and helpful. Worth the time and the money. Spot on!

The food was very good, but unfortunately the bottoncini were cold and the spaghetti were spicier than I would have expected.

The food is really amazing. I go on business trips monthly to different places and have had a lot of good food. I seldom leave reviews but this one is different. I was ordering dishes from the regular menu but the quality of the food is no less than some tasting menu from good restaurants. I was thrilled.

The tasting menu was one of the finest meals I’ve eaten anywhere in the world. And the price is a steal. I’d fly back to Pisa just to eat here it was that good.

Bellisimo! Dishes with truffle were simple but mind-blowingly delicious!
